We take your privacy very seriously and following the GDPR laws brought into
place on the 25th May 2018 we would like to clarify the following.
We do not sell your data on to any third party or organisation.
When you contact Photography By Us Ltd we collect a variety of information
including name, address, telephone number, email and if children are attending their dates of birth. This information is taken for invoice purposes as well as knowing who will be in the session
and if we need to contact you. We do not pass this information onto any third parties. Sometimes other information and notes are taken to help us remember conversations during
sessions.
This information is collected on by staff at Photography By Us Ltd. We
use password protected data management software to hold our data.
If you contact us through social media these messages are stored within our
account and obviously you are able to delete these at any time. If you contact us through our email address these are stored within our account and if you would like them deleted at any time
please ask and we will do so.
Majority of data would be supplied directly from you unless a voucher has been
won and then a third party may advise us of your contact details but again only what you have supplied them.
The data collected is solely for providing you with a service you have ordered
or to advise you of a similar service you may wish to purchase.
We are obviously required by law to collect and store certain information
relating to orders placed with us so we can produce an invoice etc.
Contact data may be used to send you offers and newsletters regarding
Photography By Us which you are able to unsubscribe to at any point.
As mentioned we do not sell your data to any third parties. On occasions
we may need to share certain data to allow us to provide a service to you such as delivery & postage and law enforcement & legal if we are ordered to do so.
Most data we collect is stored indefinitely to allow us to have a better
service to you as a customer. We are legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time such as orders, sales and payment records.

When having your pictures taken by Photography By Us you are agreeing to our Term & Conditions shown below. Please contact us before your shoot
if you do not agree to anything below.
Refundable deposit - This is required if you have won a voucher from Photography By Us. 72 hours notice must be given to cancel or move an appointment to
avoid losing deposit and it will be refunded at your viewing.
The client agrees that once the order has been placed, the order will not be altered or cancelled and no refund will be given. The order will not be
supplied on either a sale or return, consignment or approval basis. Due to the nature of our service all sales are final. The order will be supplied within six weeks of the full and final
payment being made to Photography By Us Ltd.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure their order is correct on their invoice as changes made will be chargeable. All goods will bear the company
name and signature.
The client grants all necessary permissions required by the copyright design and patents act 1988, to allow Photography By Us to use any images created for
display, advertising, exhibitions, social media and competitions. Clients may benefit from any competition prize monies. Competition winners can only use vouchers for a new portrait
experience and have at least 6 months from their last visit
Photography By Us has the right to charge interest on unpaid amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. This will not apply to agreed payment
plans, unless the schedule is not adhered to. Photography By Us may transfer all unpaid accounts to Sinclair Finance (or any other appointed debt collection service). The client will be
liable for all collection charges and costs.
All goods remain the property of Photography By Us Ltd. until paid for in full.
The placement of an order indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
